PRWeb has a few rules and guidelines for submission of press releases. They are conveniently posted on their front page under the head "RULES & GUIDELINES"

• No SPAMMING. If it's not a news release it does not belong here. There is a difference between a press release and shameless advertising or come-ons. If your press release does not meet this standard, it will not be approved.
• Post your press release ONCE.
• No adult or objectionable content.
• Put some thought into your press release. If your press release is not already written. Come back later after you have given it some thought. This is not the place to compose your press release.
