Your Office

As you turn your attention to offline promotion of your website, one of the first things to do is an audit of all printed materials from your company.

Do you have your website URL address on:

  • Business cards
  • Letterhead & envelopes
  • Invoice blanks
  • Mailing labels
  • Shipping labels
  • Catalogs
  • AR Statements
  • FAX templates
  • Branded products such as hats, pens, etc.

If you print your phone number on it, put your website URL on it.

If you have an answering machine message, double check the canned message to verify your website address is included. This is especially important after hours.

Put your website URL on each and every computer in the office. No excuse for not knowing the address.

Make sure you have your website URL address painted on your door. Wouldn't it be great if a customer came to your door after hours to find an invitation to visit you at your website rather than a closed door? Open 24 Hours!!!
